A Waste of 23 Minutes
These Cold-Blooded Shorts are getting to be hit or miss . . . and this one is definitely a miss . . . A janitor at a college with a screw or two loose goes and tells the cops that "He'll kill again" . . . an old man always shows up at the scene of the murder . . . tells the janitor to get out of there . . . ending is BAD . . .
