"Death by Apple-bobbing!"
Murder, magic, apples
I cannot think of another book I could compare it to.
I love Hugh Fraser's interpretation of the Agatha Christie novels
Made me feel rather creepy and a bit sad
Wow. Great story with unexpected twists and turns. Traditional Agatha Christie well worth a second or third read
"Spooky with twists and turns, more real life than usual"
Hugh Fraser does not disappoint, I adored his Ariadne Oliver voice! An outstanding delivery as always.
A hard read as involves murder of a child. Last chapters are gripping, very atmospheric
I found it a very sad story actually.
