A vampire's got to do what a vampire's got to do

Even the dead have to work for a living. This time, a priceless heirloom bracelet's been stolen from the wealthy Sebastian Pierce. And guess who's been hired to find it? I'll give you a hint: Me.

Pierce has plenty of hard cash, a soft heart - and a hot-blooded daughter named Marian.

Marian has big eyes for yours truly - and a very jealous boyfriend.

And me?

I have a night job I can really sink my teeth into.

Entertaining and Fun

Continuation of the storyline this book is fantastic. I love the detective aspect of the story mixed in with the vampire aspect. It’s a fun and entertaining series.

a little bland

great book, I remember reading these as a kid. but the narration is a bit bland. the voice doesn't change enough between all the different characters, a bit monotone to say the least unfortunately.

A fun time!

Another excellent listen in this series. PN knows how to keep you guessing like the seasoned professional she is. We get to see a little bit more of Jack's world and I can't wait to see what happens next.

Very Entertaining

Where does Fire in the Blood rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This, along with all of the other titles to date, have proven very entertaining. The performance is good but not great.

maybe skip this one

I really love this series, but this one was just... well, maybe not for me. The vampire angst and sort-of rape didn't work for me, and left a bad taste in my mouth.
