One of the Best

The tedium of Congressional oversight and drama aside, this is one of my favorites in this era of Flynn’s Rapp. With this installment, we are introduced to Mike Nash as another ally in Rapp & Kennedy’s wheelhouse. Excellently read as well.

Amazing book!

Mitch is the man. So many twists and turns. This book will keep you guessing till the end.

A Riveting Read

This book started out a little slowly. But it quickly picked up the pace, and, after that, I could not put it down. I think it is one of Flynn's best novels. George Guidall, the perfect narrator for a thriller, was excellent with his authoritative, trademark style. The ending came as a surprise, and although it was a well conceived ending, I wished the book could have gone on a bit longer.

One of the Best Audible Books Out There

I couldnt have picked a better book to get back into my Audible.com fanboyism. This is a thriller in every sense of the word and is made even better by the tremendous voice narration done by George Guidall. I hear that this is a series of books about the two characters and I look forward to not only going back and reading past novels by Vince Flynn but also reading future ones. If Extreme Measures is any indication of Flynns ability to write a great thriller, then count me in.

Extreme Measures is my favorite Vince Flynn novel!

I'm listening to the entire Mich Rapp series plus Term Limits, the only non-Rapp novel written by Vince Flynn, for the third time. I've said before that there is no single best Vince Flynn novel. Each novel he authored is tied for the best. The reason this is my favorite is that that it deals politically with the use of extreme measures. It deals with the hypocrisy of leading politicians like the fictional Senator Barbara Lawnsdale in dealing with the topic. This is extremely powerful novel with lots of action and suspense including a terrorist attack that kills many. Late in Extreme Measures during a terrorist attack in DC Lawnsdale's chief of staff and best friend is killed. Senator Lawnsdale changes sides in the argument to become Rapp's and the CIA's most powerful supporter on Capitol Hill.

George Guidall narrates brilliantly. Extreme measures is a must-read novel from the must-read Mitch Rapp series.

One of Flynn's best

I have been a fan of Vince Flynn for a while, but this is one of his best books yet. At one point I couldn't put it down. I laughed, I had my heart strings pulled, I got angry and I cheered Rapp on to get the bad guys. I love a book that can get me emotionally invested in it and this is one of them. The Narrator was top notch too.

Could Mitch take Jack Bouer?

Give me more! If Mitch and Jack Bouer joined forces we would have nothing to worry about.

Mitch Rapp wins again

Another good Mitch Rapp story. I love how he talks about what really needs to be discussed in America. Even though it's fiction, not beyond reality. This is my 11th Mitch Rapp book and I only have two more to go to finish the series. That presents the problem of finding a similar author. Thanks Vince!

Politicians At It Again

When do free republics learn that freedom isn't free? When do politicians learn that radicals are radical?

One of the best!

Out of all the Mitch Rapp books by Vince Flynn, this was one of the most intense I have listened to. A great storyline with some predictability but there are a few surprises as well. The narrator has a great sense of timing in telling the story. I would recommend this book to anyone that loves the action packed world of the Clandestine agency.
