"A fast-paced spy thriller." (People)
Another superb story from Vince Flynn with a perfect reader. I find it amazing how the book grabbed my attention from start to finish and was a sheer pleasure to listen to.
I notice a person from FL gave it only three stars but I see they never give more than three stars to any book - must be the Sun getting to them.
I've listened to every other Mitch Rapp book that Audible has and would give them all 10 our of 5 stars, but I had trouble with this one. The plot didn't seem as engaging to me as his other books, I had trouble following it in a few area and really, I probably would have stopped listening to it in the middle except for the fact that I paid for it. I missed the identity of one main terrorist character early on and was lost for half the book following that.
Retired 35 year policeman from So CA, relocated with my wife to South Carolina with "Toby" our cat. I listen to two books a week
Set the story and excitement up from the start then continued till the end.
All of Flynn's books
Just plain great
When Mitch makes up his mind to continue doing the right thing
The narrator did an ok voice when speaking like the men in the novel. The women's voices were difficult to distinguish when the caracters were talking in fast pace, as the women's voice was done by the same narrator.
