More organized plot, it was a bit to all over the place. T.R Ragen did such a great job with Abducted but lost a lot of steam in this book. Jared one of the main charecters in the first book was barely even a part of this one and when he was it wasn't in a way you would think or enjoy.
No, Still love mysteries and the first book in this series.
Sure, she does a good job at the different style of voices.
Married "mom" of 3 crazy dogs and 1 cat! I developed a love for reading just after college & only recently for audio. Loving it so far!
I really liked Abducted... but this second book in the Lizzy Gardner series seemed unorganized and hard to follow. It felt like the author was trying to meet a deadline and threw a bunch of ideas together. It was hard, especially in Audible form (since I loosely listen and don't focus as intently as when I am reading), to keep the characters straight. I had to keep reminding myself that the 2 cases they were trying to solve were actually not related. Then the sub-plot if Hailey and her issues. It was odd!
As a person who has struggled with weight all my life, the idea of using overweight people was both interesting and odd - but it was original.
Narrator was MUCH better in this story. Still a little robotic at times, but it's getting better.
Yes... it passed the time
Lizzy Gardner Book 1 (Abducted) was better, but this was ok.
