Very good, not great.

Very good story and excellent narration. Story not as interesting as previous Stone Barrington novels, but still very good overall.

Serial killer loose in Washington, D.C.D

Where does D.C. Dead rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Difficult to say. I love all the Stuart Woods books. Near the top of my ratings.

What was one of the most memorable moments of D.C. Dead?

Guessing who the killer was, before the book had it worked out.

What does Tony Roberts bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His vocal portrayal of the characters give a visual image of them. I listen in the car. I drive about 10 hours a week. I could never read all the books that I listen to.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No extreme reaction, just a good read (listen?)

Stone and Dino at it again.

Good story. Stuart Woods continues to write interesting storys for the dapper New York lawyer and his police lieutenant sidekick. This was a reuniting of our favorite Wood's characters. President Lee, his CIA Director wife, along with Holly Barker and Lance Cabot from the CIA, Good story, with Wood's witty writing style. A very enjoyable read, or listen. Can't wait for the next Stone Barrington novel.

I just enjoy these Stone Barrington books.

I just enjoy these Stone Barrington books. ok so he ALWAYS gets to sleep with multiple women in EVERY book, and they ALWAYS seem to be just as detached as he. Things ALWAYS work out for him in the end. It's hilarious, unrealistic and entertaining so although EVERY single book has it's obvious formula, I still enjoy and keep coming back for more!
