Supper Good !!

Any additional comments?

Conspiracy Game is the 4th book in the GhostWalker series and although it can be read as a stand alone story in terms of Jack and Briony as a couple I would strongly recommend reading the story in order to get the full enjoyment of the back story of the GhostWalkers. This is a series that I'm really enjoying and I'd highly recommend it to all fans of supernatural romance.

Although I've loved all of the GhostWalker heroes Jack quickly became my favorite - he is one sexy alpha male! He is a man who keeps himself to himself, someone that even the other GhostWalkers are wary of and the only person he is close to is his twin Ken. There is a darkness inside him because of things he saw and did in his past but he is also has a soft centre and is very caring. He is frightened of his feelings for Briony and doesn't feel that he is good enough for her but when she turns to him for help he will do anything to protect her and keep her safe.

Briony is the perfect heroine for him - she has grown up with 4 protective brothers and knows how to deal with a domineering alpha male. While she lets him get away with a lot she is definitely able to stand up for herself when she needs to. I really enjoyed the chemistry between her & Jack and also loved watching them both with Ken - I can't wait to read his story which is the next book in the series! The ongoing story with the GhostWalkers and the evil genius Dr Whitney is getting really interesting and I'm looking forward to seeing how things play out in the rest of the series. It is quite clear that Dr Whitney has been doing some major plotting and I'm not sure what the consequences will be for Lily and the others.

Excellent.

If you are reading this book you must already have read the previous three and know they are good. This is a little of a spin off from the games because it has new characters but excellent all the same. My favorite so far is Night Games and Predatory Games.

Conspiracy Game

I read the book and could not wait for the audio, I was not disappointed. I love the "game" series, and love that audible promotes authors like Feehan.

Excellent Read from Christine Feehan!

You can't help but enjoy all of the "Game" books by Christine Feehan. Good read for something different in the paranormal, military romance area.

If you do not like sex scence stay away!!!

I honestly liked this story. The story was loaded with action from the very beginning, i have to be honest and say that it didn't keep my attention initially. As the story went on though i found myself intrigued by both of the main characters, and soon found myself riveted to my seat waiting to see what would happen next. I loved the banter between all the characters. It felt natural which for me is really important.

Now with that said lets talk about the sex. There have been soooo many people bellyaching about all the sex scenes in the book. But if you'd taken the time to read the first 3 books in the series, then you'd realize that loads of sex is standard fair in her books. I enjoyed them. I thought they were hot and intense. Exactly what I'm looking for in a romance novel. Keep it coming.

Love this series. Best one yet!

Would you consider the audio edition of Conspiracy Game to be better than the print version?

Yes, this is the only way I get to enjoy books anymore. No time to read.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Conspiracy Game?

Briony in the kitchen with Ken after cooking for both brothers. Love the humor among all the pain.

What does Tom Stechschutle bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Characters

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Jack was holding Briony in the rocking chair on his porch and telling his brother how much she meant to him. Very touching!

Any additional comments?

Never wanted it to end, it felt like it ended abruptly. So happy the next book continues the story of the brothers.

Needs more story!

This has entirely too much "heaving breasts" and "thrusting maleness" and too little story. I have struggled with the first three hours, hoping to get to the point that the protagonists can think clearly, and am giving it up.

Very Dissappointed

Conspiracy Game is so bent on the relationship between the main characters and the sexual tension there that the rest of the story gets lost. I had to stop reading this book because I found myself rolling my eyes because I was so sick of hearing about them and no other plot.
