NEVER SAW THAT COMING!!!
James Patterson once again had my mouth wide open after reading his books. Beach Road had alittle bit of everything in it. The ending blew my mind.

One of Patterson's Best
Although this book started just a little slowly, in typical James Patterson, the pace picked up rapidly. One of the best writers of our times, Patterson keeps you on the edge of your seat right until the very end. What a finish. Outstanding.

Well worth your time
James Patterson is at the top of his game with this one. The violence was not as graphic as in some of his Alex Cross novels but maybe that is a good thing. This was an excellent story and true to the mystery genre its not over till it is over.

I hate this ending
I wished A different ending. But the story is a very good one. It kept me up late at night wanting to hear the next tidbit. It definitely not put you to sleep. It will keep you up all night.

Very Miami vice
I was looking for a book with a surprise ending which lead me to Beach Road. Though I already guessed the end before it was over I still enjoyed the book. This book has a very "Miami Vice" feel. It's written almost like a movie script in my opinion. Enjoy!

Beach Road
My first Patterson book. It was the best audio book I've listened to. I can't understand why some of the other reviews were so negative. I liked the straight foward approach to the plot, and was glad I didn't have to put up with the Author's attempt at humor. It was a five star for me.
