Aunt Dimity: Detective | [Nancy Atherton]

Aunt Dimity: Detective

When a finely wrought silver sleigh figurine turns up in her thrift shop, Lori Shepherd recognizes it instantly. It was the object that mesmerized the sweet but very poor nine-year-old Daisy Pickering at Sproggton Manor, the bizarre Jacobean house-turned-museum Lori recently visited with her twin sons. Hoping to avoid any real commotion, Lori decides to speak with the museum curator, who turns out to be oddly uninterested in the theft. But there’s not much that could be done anyway, for the Pickerings seem to have come into some money and moved to Australia.

    "Wrong summary"
Would you consider the audio edition of Aunt Dimity: Detective to be better than the print version?

Don't know, have never read the book

What was one of the most memorable moments of Aunt Dimity: Detective?

    Discovering the murderer

Which character – as performed by Teri Clark Linden – was your favourite?

    Lori

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

    No

    Any additional comments?

This is not the story outlined in the summary, however I did enjoy it. It is about a murder that was committed in Finch, and I must admit I had no idea who the killer was. If you want to find out you'll just have to listen to the story.
