"The original Assassin's story"
This is the best AC book by far, it has more engaging characters and a fairly deep plot compared to the others and it's middle eastern setting and cultural references peek the interest.
Altair is a character that is both tragic and heroic and you feel for a lot of his situations even if some of them are brought on by himself.
No particular character stands out, but they are all voiced very well and distinctly.
"Well worth the money"
This book was a lot more than I bargained for, it took the story of the game that I enjoyed so much and made it so much more, I cannot wait to listen to the rest of the series!
I have listened to it twice from start to finish. Gunnar Cauthery is brilliant as narrator. Story covers all aspects well and keeps you gripped till the end. Highly Recommended
