Yes because I found it to be an engrossing story
Johanna always gets you into the feelings of the story-teller & you get really involved
Charlaine Harris has proved again that her story telling is not confined to a certain style. I have read many of her books not only the Sookie Stackhouse & always find them involving
Great narration. I like to list this first as it can make or break a story.
Loved this story. Easy listerning and very entertaining. Will be impatiently waiting for any new books in audio from this author.
I really enjoy it when readers with similar reading interests list their favourite authors and series. It really helps me find new authors too follow. Mine are Charlaine Harris, Jeaniene Frost, Jennifer Estep, Faith Hunter, Molly Harper, Ilona Andrews, Kresley Cole, Deborah Harkness, Nalini Singh, Coreene Callahan and Sherrilyn Kenyon.
"Very different from other Charlaine Harris books"
Although I have loved all the character based series, I really enjoyed this one-off character and, even though it was so removed from what I have grown to expect, I still thoroughly enjoyed listening to it.
