Kit Kenyon is a first-rate hostage negotiator. Noah Lambert is a good detective with excellent instincts. These new partners have hardly had time to get used to each other when they are thrown into a grisly murder case. As evidence mounts up and more victims are found, Kit and Noah realize that they are on the hunt for a serial killer. The problem is he may be hunting one of them, too.

"[A Killer Among Us is] sure to appeal to fans of romantic suspense as well as readers who like Joel C. Rosenberg and Ted Dekker." [Library Journal]
I like the way you write but why do the cops have to be targets in every book. I have read two series and always the cops are targets. I liked the reunion series.
Great story, wonderful narration. I loved this book so much. The plot was so awesome and although I guessed the killer it didn't take anything away from the story.
story kept me intrigued. Noah's desire to help those spiritually was a wonderful example of living Christ example.
I wish t he narrator gave a little more distinction in yhe characters.
overall pleased with the series.
loved this book...a great mystery with a bit of romance in it...if you are looking for a good christian mystery with some sad murders that need desparately to be solved before more are comitted, you'll like this book...ultimately the bad guy loses, the good guy is hurt so badly he has to go under touch and go surgery...the partner renews her relationship with God...and, well you will have to listen to the rest...hopefully I have not given too much away, as the two are cops that are partenered together to solve these horrrific crimes.
The book was interesting enough. At first, the narrator irritated me. She sounded like she was reading for The Twilight Zone. But either she settled in or I did and I found I enjoyed her read. A fair enough listen.
