Solid but needed some editing

Good story, usual Reacher type hero work.
But a good 50 pages could’ve been slashed with all the descriptions of the ice, snow, wind, and cold weather. I get it…it’s South Dakota in the winter.
Still overall enjoyed it

great story. great narration. Dick Hill embodies Jack Reacher. He's the best. Lee Child too.

61 Hours

Great book! Love REACHER! I read Lee Child's books over and over and enjoy the audio books as well. Thank you, keep them coming!

Another great book

I enjoyed 61 hours. Like that it gives some insight in to Reacher's personality.

Great listen but your software doesn't work well

Typical good Child's mystery. BUT, Audible software doesn't work very well on my MP3.

Why can't I do a short reverse to re-listen to the last minute or two?

Where does 61 Hours rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Lee Child did an excellent job pushing Reacher to the limit. This is one of the best Reacher books by far. Dick Hill is Jack Reacher and he doesn't let you down. The plot has plenty of twists to keep you guessing.

What did you like best about this story?

The characters were believable. I really liked the librarian!

What about Dick Hill’s performance did you like?

Excellent job, as usual. He is one of my favorite narrators.

Listen to it! You won't be wasting your time.

Just outstanding

Great plot and characters, with a terrific narrator. Excellent Reacher story, with surprising plot twists.

And so what happened?

Like the others, I would like a bit more information at the end, I don't like the cliffhangers either. It is good to know the hard copy indicates there is more to come.

Vintage Jack Reacher

Lee Child, Jack Reacher, read by Dick Hill. It doesn't get much better than this. The only problem is that I usually listen just when I'm walking or driving or at the store, so a book lasts a while. This one, however, I couldn't put down. I didn't accomplish much else, and I finished it all too quickly.

Excellent Reacher Novel

Yes - Different story about a down to earth ex-military policeman.

What was one of the most memorable moments of 61 Hours?

The description of the very cold weather in the Midwest during the entire story.

Which scene was your favorite?

The finale.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The phone calls to Virginia.
