Very inspiring! I love this book.

Really great interview with Dan Sullivan about his thoughts on living to be 156. I was planning on 130, but now I'm raising my goal to 160!

Nothing Less than I have come to expect

Wow! I remember when I first learned some of these concepts 20 years ago. They are much more refined and clearer to understand now.

I added 54 years to my life!

Dan is on to something. He's right...dead right (no pun intended). Everyone has a number inside their head. We all have an age where we think we are going to die. The truth is that our brain subconsciously tells our bodies our "expiration date" and our reality begins to orient itself to this number. By changing how we think about death, it's then that we find new life. Listen to this book to expand your life. In the process you might just extend it too.

Inspiring

I have always, half jokingly, told my kids and wife that I want to live to 140, this is no longer a joke, but has become a wonderful source of inspiration and excitement. Thank you Dan Sullivan!

Enjoyed the Interview Format

Great listening experience as Shannon Waller of The Strategic Coach is interviewing Dan Sullivan.

I've been in the Strategic Coach workshop where we went through this exercise in year number 1. So I was not expecting anything new. Wrong. Whether you've been through the coach program or not, this is audio content you'll listen to more than once.

Suggestion - go ahead and get the Kindle version too, and the cost is next to nothing.

Two quick points. Do not get hung up on the number if the title is a potential turnoff. As Dan says himself, it's the mindset change that counts as you go through the Lifetime Extender process outlined in the book.

Next, the story about the guy who was 46 was outstanding. When he went through the process, his number was 47. You'll learn what happened in the book.
