Excellent
I really enjoyed listening to this book. It was interesting and extremely well performed. I hope the author will continue chronicling her life in a third book. And I hope the same person reads it.

A treat to listen to, like wild honey
I am a shepherd in the US...and could identify with much of the story. But I enjoyed the peek into the life of a Shepherd in the UK, which is quite different in some ways. We do not have tenent farming here, we have to either lease or buy land, often making it impossible to farm in general. Following Emma's journey was like a dream world, from her passion for her dogs to experiencing the wild landscape through her eyes. A gem of a book.

From one Farmer to another this was a great story!
This is very well written and accurate as to what farm life can be including the heart aches and joys that come with it I thoroughly enjoyed it.Both the narrator and the writer are very talented and I would highly recommend this book.

Wonderful book! A unique experience

Wonderful listen and impactful story of a young farmers life.
I have to shout out this is tops of my favourite audio books this year. Insightful into the life of a young woman’s passion of dogs, sheep and cattle and finding a man to love it with her all while learning of the successes and heartaches of running a farm. Story telling flows like a friend telling you about life while you enjoy a cup of tea and cake.
