Dragons of Ember Hollow -- Book 2 of 3
This series got better in book 2. I bought the series for the male narrators (Connor and Jason). I binged all 3 audiobooks together. The action picked right up with the book 1 cliffhanger. This book also ended in a cliffhanger. Great acting & narration by all.

This book is action-packed and will keep you locked in until you’ve binged the entire book in one sitting and you’re left slipping into Tessa’s DMs begging for book three, lol.
I’ll you’re an audio fan, you won’t want to miss this series! There is a full cast of narrators for each character and while it’s still DUAL narration style, each voice actor absolutely nails their performances—give these audiobooks a listen asap!

Great follow up to Twilight of Embers. With how book 1 ended I wanted to know what happened next. I'm glad it started where the story left off. I listened to an audio ALC of this and it was great! It's still with the same cast and with dual narration. The narrators were fantastic! They brought the characters to life.
I loved the interactions of all the guys with Hayden. They were more possessive and overly protective of her. This story is more character driven than plot driven, which I didn't mind too much. It helped make the bonds among the guys and Hayden stronger. The spice kicked up a notch in this book as well. It's so good! There's a mix of action packed scenes, more secrets and more truths coming to the surface. I'm excited to see how everything plays out.

Another Great Tessa Hale Book!
I love this series soo much!
After the cliffhanger of the first book I am happy that this one picks up right where the first book left off. Like the first book, this one sucked me right in to the story and the characters and I couldn’t stop reading.
I enjoyed seeing the progression of Haydens relationship with her mates. As expected Cael and Knox are still my favorite dragons but seeing Hayden finally make more of a connection with Easton made me so happy. Who knows, maybe I will have a new favorite soon!
If you read and loved Twilight of Embers, then you are gonna love Midnight of Ashes as well. I don’t need to talk you into it. You already know that Tessa Hale is fantastic and so are her characters.

I'm hooked!!!
I am totally hooked on this series! The characters are so captivating, and I love watching their relationships develop. I can't wait to see Hayden's harem fully formed 🥰 I listened to the audiobook, and it was amazing. The narrators really brought the story to life. That cliffhanger ending left me speechless, and now I'm desperate to get my hands on the next book!

Obsessed with this why choose, fated mates, dragon shifters romance!
Midnight of Ashes is the second book in the Dragons of Ember Hollow series by Tessa Hale. After absolutely loving the first book in the series earlier this year I could not wait to continue on! This is a paranormal, why choose, dragon shifters, fated mates romance series and it’s so good.
The first book left off on a cliffhanger so this book continues on from there! We follow more with Hayden and her five heroes. I am equally obsessed with each of the guys and all they bring to the story. Each one is so well developed and add a different layer to the relationship with Hayden. In this installment we get more mating bonds, other hordes, more “Little Flame”, the Dragon Council, group activities 👀, and more layers and trauma to character’s backstories! Hayden struggles somewhat with the mating bonds and wondering if the guys are really there for her and aren’t just connected/feeling it’s out of duty instead because of said mating bond.
And tell me why I was legit jaw-dropped shocked with the cliffhanger ending of this book, even though I knew it was going to end on a cliffhanger again. 😂 I cannot wait for the third book in the series! The audios for this series are fantastic and such a ride, highly recommend!
