Get. This. Book. It's a gamechanger.

I listened to the book when I was in a particularly bad funk and it felt like a lifesaver. Erica Wernick's sunny can-do personality is evident from the very beginning and her voice so uplifting. Every chapter gave solutions to problems I was internally grappling with and at the same time made me feel so much better.

I love how Erica has combined the woo stuff with the non-woo stuff. As someone who has nothing to do with the movie industry, I found all her insights and tips just as applicable to my life and goals. I especially loved her super actionable tips for goal setting and achievement. But the biggest gems were the reframes she offers. For eg., she talks about the importance of taking away the 'lottery feel' to our goals if we want to achieve them. It was a light-bulb moment for me personally.

I'd highly recommend getting the audio version because her narration is so very engaging, uplifting, and enjoyable. A dear friend who works in the indie film industry in Vancouver shared her YouTube videos which led me to her book and I’m so grateful to him. I totally intend to re-listen to the book because I really want to internalize her message!

Yo soy psicóloga y coach de nutrición, me motivó muchísimo el libro pero en audio es 1000 veces mejor! La energía de Erica es maravillosa!

I listen to this book on a loop. It helps keep me motivated and positive and in a spirit of possibility whilst living in a city that drones on and on about limitation. This book helps one rise above the noise of can’t or shouldn’t or never gonna happen and gives you fuel to your creative fire. Can’t recommend enough.

great book for creatives not just in Hollywood

The book is tailored to creatives in Hollywood but I find that a ton of it is still applicable to creatives outside of Hollywood. it has some normal career advice and Erica's own spin on it. She has a very bubbly, kind personality and I found the whole book to be very encouraging and empowering. It had the perfect balance of real advice and some woo woo magic haha. I got thru it very quickly, took notes, and will def come back when I need to review. I wished I had gotten a book like this when I was just starting out! would have saved me 8+ years of floundering. lol

I wish this book existed 10 years ago!!!

I moved to LA a decade ago and would have loved this book then, but was grateful to experience it now. For the newbie or the pro, it will reignite your passions and reaffirm why you got into this crazy business. Erica cheers you on and reminds you that your feelings of destiny are real and valid. She reminds you that there is no one way to get to where you want but there are always actions to take. I can’t recommend this enough and it could not have entered my life at a better time than right now. For anyone who got beaten down by the pandemic and felt derailed, do yourself a favor and read or listen to this gem to get your mind back on track towards your very attainable beautiful dream.
