Superb!

Probably the clearest articulation of how to approach and evaluate information in a general sense. This audiobook should be the foundation of how educators approach all subjects: with the proliferation of information on the Internet, education should be more about evaluating information than dispersing it.

Interesting, engaging, maybe even life changing

Enjoyed listening. It's over 3 hours but keeps you engaged. I have struggled to think critically dues to negative childhood experiences. It’s time I start making crucial changes and shape my future that doesn’t have the negativity of the past.

Loved it......

I love how this book has broken down critical thinking and decision making into easy manageable tasks for beginners but also, how it allows a person to take further steps to become a more accomplished critical thinker
I love that the references are recent and derived from previous research.
This book is brilliant for the beginning student.

Neat!

Decision making aspects believed to be common sense can get out of hand in complex situations. A systematic framework in understanding reasoning and their fallacies should go a long way even in day to day trivial decisions. Most gratifying ideas for the layman, not radical but the psychology 101, are value conflicts and the list enumerated fallacies. Very neat book! Recommended.

.. .. ..

I have assessed my own approaches to argument and realized how bad not knowing really is. So I will re-listen this book a few more times along with others on the same subject. Very nice so far.

Good review

No offense to the author. This book idea was an excellent concept. However, it appeared that a little more than the 1st half of the book seemed like just common sense info, opinions and perspectives. I could be wrong though. The voice of the narrator seemed very mundane.. However I will say there was a few good gems and at a minimum served as a good review. For that reason I would recommend this book because other definitely can find the material more valuable. Please forgive me if I was over critical. I can definitely appreciate the few gems I found towards the 2nd half of the book. - Mr. XTRNL
