Great series
I really hope this series doesn't end with book 7. There is so much more that could be written about the chief mage and his apprentice. The narrator is awesome.

Good story
My heart goes out to Sunaya. Never quite feeling like she fits anywhere, but then again most heros and heroines never do. Plenty of action, battles, deception, and sexual tension to keep one's attention along with a surprise ending. The story is well developed and provides a lot of entertaining scenes. The narrator did an awesome job!

Its okay
I just can't make myself like Sunaya. She never stops whining....unless she is freaking out about something. It's book four and I thought she would grow up by now but nope...not really. If you are in between your favorite series, this will work
