    "History, Thank You Audible"

Thank you Audible. Your offering the taped testimony of Dick Clark and Condelessa Rice make it possible for every American to see history in the making.

I challenge those of every political party to actually listen without bias. Listen to the tone adjectives of each questioner. Then without bias listen to the answers. Who seems more credible? Even when being treated with total disrespect, who remains common and tries to allow the commission to allow the answer to be fully given? Who seems to have an ax to grind, a benefit from their "testimony"? Who tried to granduize for their own benefit?

Ask yourself how these obvious biased (and often rude) commission panelists can possible come forth with anything that will truly reveal the real causes of 911.

Wonder with me why a supposed news media show would devote hours to a person selling a book without mentioning that their parent company is the publisher.

    "Bravo Audible"

Fascinating listening. Audible is to be commended for making these available. Clark eloquently and articulately explains the differences in interpretations of his earlier testimony and makes a credible case for the position in his book. These hearings should be required listening in college political science classes. The reviewer who made the comments about lies could not have listened carefully and obviously just has an axe to grind.

    "Simple, direct and matter-of-fact"

I am a trial attorney. Mr. Clarke's testimony is what I want in every witness at a deposition. It is clear, cogent and he clearly listens to the questions and then he answers the questions.

This is the public testimony of a major-player in the counter terrorism hierarchy who is engaged in a candid exchange of facts with his inquisitors. This is stunning in the subject matter and a perfect example of a strong witness for any litigator or their client.

    "Great Testimony!"

This audible program was very good. It exposes the Bush administration's "deceit and deception" and they are now trying to steer the subject to something else, by attacking Clarke's credibility. Well, if Clarke wasn't a credible person then why didn't they fire him? Sure, they only time he's not credible is when he criticizes. The Bush administration has never once took responsibility for ANYTHING, the economy, terrorism, healthcare. Great leaders take responsibility even when they feel things aren't their fault, dictators and terrorists blame everyone else for their problems.

"Incredible insides into an incredible individual!"

Richard A. Clarke provided an exceptional inside into the events prior and during the day of 9/11. He demonstrated incredible dignity already at the very beginning of the hearing with an appology to the families and friends of the victims of 9/11. This I found to be a display of unsurpassed grandeur and probarbly his bravest moment in life. Most impressive was his calm and sober-voiced language which had incredible precision. He demonstrated how smart a man he truly is and how well he must have served his country. I greatly admire his honesty and courage. This is a must to listen to for anyone who want to get a feel for what had truly happened. It is also a good preparation prior to listening to his Audiobook "Against all Ememies" that takes his story even further. I listened to this Audiobook more than once and found it even more impressive then.

    "Audible Makes History"

This is not so much a review of the Richard Clarke testimony as it is an appreciation of Audible for making it available to all the day after it happened. As little as a year ago perhaps, if one wanted an open record of our Govenrnment in action (or inaction as the case may be), one would have had to run to the VCR or hope to get a 60 second sound bite on the evening news.
Audible may well have forced a sea-change in the way government interacts with us, The People and for this, they have a Lifetime Listener in me.
