Great book, but.....

I love this book, but considering that Microsoft thinks the book is so good (it is), they give it and the audio book away on their website for free.
I cannot see how this would negatively impact the author, as I am sure Microsoft is compensating him.
Just FYI before you give Jeff money that Bill already covered.
