Very well read. I got all the Humphrey books for my daughter when she got a hamster for her birthday. She and my son listened to all of the books in the series over and over and over. Even after the hamster died, they still loved the Humphrey books.
This was a great story for my 9 yr old hamster loving son. The narrator did an excellent job of bringing the story to life. We will definitely be getting more by this author and narrator.
Humphrey is a fun loving hamster who seems to be capable of helping all the people he comes into contact with. The stories kept us laughing and guessing through this whole book. The voice Hal Hollings uses is quite squeaky for Humphrey and, while some may find it unnerving, we quite enjoyed it. My children can't wait to listen to the next one in this series!

Yes, I would consider the audio edition better than the print version. It was very entertaining. My 8 year old son loved the book. Loved it everytime Hunphrey did his happy happy happy. I would definitely recommend it for kids of all ages.
The quiet little girl was out favorite character.
Happy, Happy, Happy!
