Loved it! It was nice to have the book read to me as an adult, rather than me reading to a child, as I've done so many times before.

My Childhood Favorite

This book was a childhood favorite & still is. This particular presentation was extremely we done.

A beautiful story

One that I remember from childhood. My 3yo niece says her favorite part is "when the boy loved the bunny."

Old Favorite

I remember this book from when I was younger. Kept in a safe place and taken out at special times. It is wonderfully done. Narrator does an excellent job. Brings back special memories.

I bought the velveteen rabbit and Riki ticky tavi for my 5 year old to fall asleep to and it works like a charm. She almost always chooses this one because she is afraid of the snake in Riki. James Mio has a relaxing voice. It's a sweet little story. The story works really well as an audio book for her age. I don't fell like we are missing out by not having pictures and it isn't too long for a 5 year old

oh the joys of this story and it speaks to my heart. There were tears as I am learning to become real

definitely a great buy for kids, t.v. time is over they're asking to listen again

Enjoyed it

I can see how the book can appeal to people of all ages. I really enjoyed the talk with the horse and when the velveteen rabbit met the real rabbits.

I enjoyed the whole thing and I can't believe that at 56 I never heard/read it before!

I was glad that it had a good ending. Kids and adults like for good things to happen.

Early Childhood

This book brought back so many fond memories of my teddy bear that my father gave me when I was in a hospital at five years of age. That was 60 years ago. My little brown teddy bear became Real. I still have my teddy bear and my father has been in Heaven for three years. I love you Dad ❤️
