Pursuing the most wanted men in the Southwest, he knew all too well the dusty trails, the bitter cattle feuds, the desperate killers, and the quiet, weather-beaten towns that could explode into mayhem with the wrong word. He had sworn to carry out the law, but there were times when he had to apply justice with his fists and his guns.

Story
The kingdom of Cornucopia was once the happiest in the world. It had plenty of gold, a king with the finest moustache you could possibly imagine, and butchers, bakers, and cheesemongers whose exquisite foods made a person dance with delight when they ate them. Everything was perfect - except for the misty Marshlands to the north, which, according to legend, were home to the monstrous Ickabog. Anyone sensible knew that the Ickabog was just a myth to scare children into behaving. But the funny thing about myths is that sometimes they take on a life of their own.

Worth it.
The audio quality was not the greatest but it was a fun way of presenting common stories about Robin Hood without listening to a narrator drone on for 15 hours.

Not So Merry Adventures of Robin Hood
I have always been a fan of Robin Hood, but had never read the original book based on the stories. This is a dramatized work based on some of those tales. It differs in several ways, most notably the lack of Maid Marian. The cast is wonderful and the tales are enjoyable, but not as Merry as the title. The ending is somewhat depressing. This work is based on the original Howard Pyle book and does not cover many of the newer additions. Still enjoyable.
