She's eleven – like me – but she's left school and has a job as a nursery maid. Her life is really hard, just work work work, but I bet she'd know what to do about my mum's awful boyfriend and his wimpy little son. I bet she wouldn't mess it all up like I do ...

    "The Lottie Project"

One of Wilson's better stories that I think would appeal to young and older listeners. It's very well read by Eve Karpf however the recording available from Audible is missing a couple of minutes around the halfway mark making that part of the story confusing as it suddenly jumps from one location to another. This is not because the story has been abridged, it is an error in the file.
