Publisher's summary

This is a delightful collection of fairy tales and fables written by the most beloved of all children's authors and read with charming wit and tenderness. Includes the story of that fleet-footed Gingerbread Man who commences running as soon as the oven door is opened; The charming "Tale of Tom Kitten", about a little kitten who struggles valiantly to keep his new clothes clean; "The Story of Little Boy Blue", a hear-warmer about a young boy working hard to take care of his ailing mother; and the hilarious "Three Wise Men of Gotham", about three bumblers who fancy themselves brainiacs.

The interstitial intros may (and do) annoy

This was what I consider to be the first sub-standard audible kids track we've purchased. While the stories kept the kids attention well enough, the "M.C." preceding each story was nails-on-a-chalkboard.
