Perfect for Bedtime
This book is wonderful. Its my girls go to book at bedtime even though they've heard it a hundred times. Now i find the girls asking for the meaning of words and i can just say "its a fancy word for...."

A Fabulous Collection
Where does The Fancy Nancy Audio Collection rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
31 Fancy Nancy stories all on one collection. Chloe Hennessee does a great job narrating these stories. My 4 year old is captivated by them.
What did you like best about this story?
They are endearing children's stories.
What does Chloe Hennessee bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
She does a great job with emphasis and emotion. It's also great for my preschooler to hear the fancy words pronounced. Especially the French ones!!! I often don't know how to prounouce them properly so it's wonderful to hear the correct prounoucation.
Any additional comments?
I wish the titles were listed. It's a bit frustrating to have to skip through 31 chapters to find the specific story we want to listen to.

Thought Nancy's voice was cast a little young
Although my girls (six and eight) like the books a lot, we have struggled to get through the audio version. Hennessee does a solid job, but she sounds as though she is about five-years-old in this recording, and Nancy comes across as more sophisticated than that (more like an eccentric eight or nine-year-old in my mind--she writes a book report in one of her stories). Because the difference in how young Nancy sounds and the things she talks about doing (learning French), it makes the audiobook difficult to get through.

What did you love best about The Fancy Nancy Audio Collection?
MMMmmm, what do I love best about Fancy Nancy Audio Collection?!
I love best that my 3 year old will sit quietly, while puzzling or playing with play dough, and will listen to Fancy Nancy for at least 4 stories! (Which is NICE because I can actually get some house work done without having to worry!)
My 3 year old says she really likes Nancy's voice and the things she says: which are some fancy words!!! I love that aat the end of the story these different fancy words get summaries and reviewed!
What did you like best about this story?
This is a collection of stories, which makes it hard to say which story I like best! We really like them all! Especially the fact that each story has different fancy words!!! Very educational! Sometimes however Nancy addmitts there is no fancy word to describe another one like: I love you!!! Most adorable books and stories!!!

My daughter loves this
I purchased this book for my 4 year old to listen to in the car. She is a huge fan of Fancy Nancy and loves to hear all these great stories. She gives it two thumbs up!
From an adult standpoint, The stories are good- these are a lot of the same stories we have all read before from the Fancy Nancy books but read from a child, not us. The narration is great and enjoyable to listen to- no matter the age.
