    "Rush reaches out to kids"
Would you try another book from Rush Limbaugh and/or Rush Limbaugh?

I have books by both Rush and his brother David.

What other book might you compare Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims to and why?

I don't know that I would "compare" this book with another in the way I think the question suggests, but Liberty is certainly a hoot! Time travel and talking horses bring Narnia to mind for me.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

yes, but I caution -- this is a kid's story. Get some kids talking about this book - IMO.

Was Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims worth the listening time?

Yes, IMO this would be a great way to get the family around a book; winding down a Thanksgiving Day - making a memory and getting straight history to boot!

    "Good for young and old"
What made the experience of listening to Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims the most enjoyable?

It was SO refreshing to hear a story about history that doesn't bash or apologize for our country. We, older people, need the fun and excitement of the review, and our younger citizens need to hear about history from an exciting and relevant source.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims?

When we found out about the change to Tommy's and Freedoms views of history

What about Rush Limbaugh’s performance did you like?

Through Rush's narration style, the story really became alive, and his warmth of personality made the performance exciting.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    "History, Back to the Future"

    Any additional comments?

Thanks Audible for producing the program.

    "Great way to teach history"
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes I would and the reason why is simple this book will take you into history in a great fun way that will help teach kids and adults by taking them back to when history was happening. A fresh fun way to show us what history is all about.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Liberty and Rush Revere, I just loved the humor they shared between them and how funny this talking horse named liberty is. A great teaching method

    Which scene was your favorite?

I think when the four of them landed at the first thanksgiving and it helps show you what it was really all about.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I couldn't believe how great this was. Rush did an amazing job bringing History to life.

    Any additional comments?

it doesn't matter if you love or hate Rush with this book it's all about teaching History to kids and adults alike in a fun fresh way. A wise cracking Horse named liberty, a history teacher named Rush Revere and dressed for the part, and a classroom with a girl named freedom. I wished the story could have went on and on right now it was so fun.

"The best true to history book for kids since...."
If you could sum up Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims in three words, what would they be?

    Exceeds expectations!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Liberty, the best horse since Mr. Ed.

Which character – as performed by Rush Limbaugh – was your favorite?

Freedom, she is really bright and comes out as a brilliant young lady.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Learning about the USA history that I did not learn in Public Schools of our country. The manner in which the book is presented was excellent.

"Even Rush-Haters will like this book"

Listened to this book with my 11-year-old daughter (at 1.5 speed) as she read along with the printed copy. Of all the books I've listened to with her, this one kept her interest piqued more the most. The narrative mixes fiction and non-fiction together quite nicely and is sprinkled with humor that will appeal to listeners of all ages. And Rush's narration is top-notch, even at 1.5 speed. I hope Rush follows through with plans to continue the series. I'd advise Rush-Haters to hold their collective noses and have a listen to this book. You'll be glad you did.

    "Surprisingly good!"

Even though I find Rush Limbaugh awfully funny and very smart, I really didn't think a children's book that he would write would be that good. But it was entertaining and he seems to understand how kids see things. It's a really inviting way to cover history for sure. I'm Canadian and not a kid, so I didn't actually finish it, but I enjoyed what I listened to more than I thought I would. I can't remember why I bought it, but perhaps just to see what it was like. He says the target audience is around 10 years old and that seems about right. Apparently the talking horse is getting fan mail!

"Great Job Rush Revere and Liberty!!!!!!"
Where does Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    About the middle.

What other book might you compare Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims to and why?

Nothing to compare it to as it's one of a kind!

What does Rush Limbaugh bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Rush brought the story and produced it and narrated it. With El Rushbo at the helm it had to be great, positive and a proud testimony for the America Way!

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    Go Liberty Go!!!
