A fun story
I read this book several years ago in print. I enjoyed it then. This audio version makes it come even more to life.
The characters are all believable and have personalities. They are not just some cardboard cutout. You forget at times that they are mice and rats and other woodland critters. It is a very heartwarming tale for young and old alike. A great family read or an enjoyable way to pass the time.
