Narrator vs. narrator.
After finishing the Septimus Heap series, I was excited to start the PathFinder series. The story itself was good, but after listening to Gerard Doyle, I was slightly disappointed with the narrator on this story. Though she was good and the story was from a young girls point of view, I still feel it would have been good listening to Gerard Doyle narrate.

Good story, mediocre narrator
The narrator isn’t as good as the one they had for the Septimus Heap series. I know why they changed it to a female narrator but she’s not that great. She only changes the tone of her voice rarely the accent when doing characters. Additionally, she often calls Marcia “Marsha” which I find annoying.

Pathfinder The Movie 🎬
Incredible backup to Septimus Heap series. The characters and storylines are wonderful without missing a step. I can't wait for the next book. These stories deserve a movie deal for all ages. Thank you, Angie Sage!

Good book, Better Narrator
