Great Entertainment for 6 year olds

My daughters (both aged 6) have really enjoyed this series. There are eight stories, so a lot of material to listen to. The stories generated some very good conversations.

Two concerns to warn you about: 1) the characters travel to the Titanic and to 2 wars as part of their travels, so death and tragedy are discussed; 2) The characters (about 8 and 10 year olds), sneak out of the house without parents’ permission.

Great Collection... more collections please!

Would you listen to Magic Tree House Collection again? Why?

My kids listen to them constantly and repetatively.

Any additional comments?

It's great to find the first 24 books of the Magic Tree House series in 3 collections of 8 books. It makes a very handy package. I genunely wish the remainder of the series to be sold in collections. When will we see books 25 - 32 grouped together for my next purcase?

Great heroine in Clara barton

My 7 yr old son has loved these for years. He especially loved hearing about Clara Barton's work in the Civil War.

Magic Treehouse is a great collection

My children now 11 and 9 have enjoyed this series from the beginning. What a treat to actually hear the author tell her own stories! Although they have read all the books they enjoy having them read to them on the way to football practice. With almost 40 books to her credit you can't go wrong with these stories.

Two thumbs up from my 6yo

I haven't actually listened to this myself, but it kept my 6-1/2 year old happy and quiet for two days in the car. Afterwards she had to play "Jack and Annie" (the main characters in the series). If your children enjoy this series, they are bound to enjoy this listen. It's nice that the books are short enough to keep a young child's attention.

Good and bad

I have to say the story is AMAZING. But I didn’t really like,(well it only did it like once or twice I) but it skipped from one think to another and I didn’t really like that, that much but overall it was pretty good.
