    "A treasure"
Would you consider the audio edition of Just So Stories to be better than the print version?

I had this as a record when I was a child and delighted it's still available in all formats. Boris Karloff (The Grinch, to me and many others) has such a delicious voice. I like to let Kipling's language and Karloff's mellifluous voice wash over me like a cool waters of the Limpopo river all set about with fever trees.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The Elephant's child and it's impressive cadence.

What does Boris Karloff bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He's a monumental talent, his narration makes up for the weakness in production values because this is such an old audiobook.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Took me right back to my childhood like a magic carpet and I was little girl watching my record player spin in my bedroom.

    Any additional comments?

This is a most-gifted item for me and a top recommend for families with young children. Any age can enjoy Just So Stories. An enormous treat.
