Good book
I had already seen the movie when I read this and was actually pretty shocked at how true the movie was to the book. The only complaint I have I'd that the narrator, while a pretty good performance, his singing is... Woof. Other than that i thought it was great

Awesome!
My three boys ages 10,8 & 6 loved listening to this story. They lived the mystery aspect of it and tried to guess what would come next and make connections throughout the book. Highly recommend!

One of the best books I have ever read.
One if the best books I have ever read. The dual stories are so immersive and keep the pages turning. The characters pop off the page. Louis Sachar is a great writer. One reason being he can clearly explain the action of a scene in just a few pages. I look forward to checking out his other books.

Good for my family
