    "Great Little Book"

This book even has pictures on the audio book. I think all children's books should have that option. Highly recommend for preschool age.

Loved the illustration along with the audio of a children's classic. Yoga Vasistha for children!

    "Great story but"

Great story but the background music was such a distraction. My 4 yr old son like the story and kept saying to turn off the noisy music.

    "Great use of creativity"

The purple crayon was short and content was enough to hold a child's imagination as well as help a child use their creativity .

I'm a mom. I have drama in my life. I don't want books with the F-bomb, nor graphic violence. I read for fun and to bring my family together. I read for reducing stress levels. We have never had a television in our home and our children are now mid twenties to 19. We listen together and look for belly-wrenching laughter. So what is it like to live without a TV? Awesomely educational and inspirational. Each new book is a marvel.

    "A walk down memory lane"

I remember reading Harold and the Purple Crayon many years ago. This was enjoyable because I could see in my mind the places Harold would go.

    Nice, short listen.

I am brutally honest. Popular, love everything they read, reviewers are scared to go neg. and risk their ranking. It's your money!!!

    Story
    "HAROLD NEEDED A MOON"

A SMALL FOREST WITH ONE TREE IN IT.

When it comes to showing imagination, I don't think you can outdo a small kid drawing whatever world he wants. I don't know how my grandkids will like it, but I loved it. What a great way to start creative thinking. I will probably play this before doing something creative with my grandkids.

I gave the performance five stars, but I agree that the music can be a little much. It is not enough to detract from the story though, but better music or no music could have been used.
