It's Dr. Seuss...so, from a quality perspective for a kid's books, it doesn't really get any better. The giant problem is that its FIVE minutes long...that's it...just five measly minutes of entertaining kids....five minutes for one entire credit??? This should be bundled with a collection of Dr. Seuss books. Audible already does this with some other children's books, including the Ramona series and the Magic Tree House series.
What can one say about Green Eggs and Ham that has not already been said except that Jason Alexander did a good job reading it.
Our whole family has been delighted by this short little audio book. The music and sound effects are perfect - not too sparse, not over the top - and listening to the narration, you will be convinced there are two different actors reading. We most often listen to children's audio books in the car, so there's something of a captive audience. With some of those books, I feel bad subjecting adults and older children to the rendition. Not this one! Occupants of all ages get a chuckle out of this reading of Green Eggs and Ham. Highly recommended.
Jason Alexander is great at this. The timing for the book is a bit fast. I feel like I am turning pages before my son really absorbs what's happening on some of the pages with less words. Other than that, Jason is a great voice for this.
My 3.5 year old daughter loves this book and calls it her favourite.
All the Dr. Seuss books have been so delightfully narrated.
He brings so much entertainment to the audio book.
My daughter loves to hear this story over and over again.
