Twelve-year-old Joe Warden isn’t happy. Sure, he’s rich, but his parents don’t care about him. His grandmother should make everything better, except that Joe’s Granny is a nightmare. Very amusing and creatively expressed
- brilliantly narrated - because the story was so entertaining, wished it had been longer.
"Perfect bedtime story"
Because of its length, it's easy to (re)listen to 'Granny' as a bedtime story (possibly spread over two or three nights, depending on how much of an evening person you are).
Unique imagination and wit is what makes books by Anthony Horowitz a very safe choice. It was my first Audible purchase, but I immediately adored Nickolas Grace - his voice was perfect for this story!
