Jon didn't expect to be confronted by a pack of vengeful ghosts at his new boarding school. Now he and his friend Ella must uncover a centuries-old murder, all while haunted by terrifying spirits. When Jon summons the ghost of Knight Longspee, only one question remains: Can Longspee be trusted?

I'm a Cornelia Funke fan. Listen and enjoyed the INK HEART trilogy and loved RECKLESS. All her books have great narrators.
THE PERFORMANCE: In this one,Mr E. Hill does such a great job that although (at least for me) this book is not her best you can't but enjoy it
THE STORY: it's ok, a children's story. To be fair, is very good. Nice plot, although very simple. No dark twists, but well written and the characters are completely believable. So... Why am I complaining?! Because, I just love her more complicated not just for kids books!
OVERALL you can listen to the whole story, which has the bonus of not being unnecessaryly long, and mostly relish the rich, velvety, excellent performance of Mr E. Hill!
So, i'd said GO FOR IT, specially if you have kids and are planning a family longish ride.
I think this a good book
I think people that like ghosts would like this book. I would give this book five stars. I think that Cornelia Funke is a very good writer! And I have read more of her books!
