Excellent!

This is one of my my favorite childhood novels and it was a pleasure listening to it again as an adult. The story is gripping and full of personality. My second favorite Alex Rider book surpassed only by Scorpia.

Great Alex Rider Book with a Great Plot & Villain

Excellent Alex Rider Book with a great story and great villain=Sir. Damian Craya very famous popular iconic influential powerful big successful bankable unforgettable professional wonderful talented celebrity with a plot to destroy the world with nuclear missiles (I wonder in real life if very famous popular iconic influential powerful big successful bankable unforgettable professional wonderful talented celebrities destroy the world with nuclear missiles but celebrities would not do this. Lots of Nonstop Great Action, Fun, Excietment, Thrills. I had read five Alex Rider chronologically and I realized that in the end of Eagle Strike Alex Rider's Uncle Ian Rider was a contract killerworked with Yassen Gregorovich and the MI6 killed Ian Rider The spin off prequel novel called Russian Roullette probably has a scene where Ian Rider works with Scorpia as a contract killer and worked with Yassen Gregorovich Is the MI6 in Alex Rider Book Series good or bad I will find out when I read all 13 Alex Rider Books loved and enjoyed Alex Rider Book Series also one of my favorite book series.

Alex Ryder is fun-fiction!

Great plot twists! This was definitely a good shoot-'em-up-bang-'em-up, but it ends with Alex being a little sad. That makes it a gentle cliffhanger. (oxymoron! )

Alex Rider does it again.

Alex Rider returns to save the world. This time, he meets up with old friends, old enemies, and a pop star with a need to save the world. Mind you, this pop star needs to kill thousands of innocents to do it....

This book has some exciting moments, and ends with a an unexpected twist that leads you directly into the next book.

I must read for Horowitz fans.

Excellent narration and fun read.

I really bought this for my son, but ended up listening to it mysrlf and enjoying it! it's perfect if you enjoy action and spy adventure stories,; this is a good one. i liked that it's clean and not gorey. It's a great escape and worth the time.

What a Treat!

I am a 72 yr old who listens to history related audiobooks. I love Simon Prebble as narrator. This book was free and I clicked on it. I loved it. I couldn't stop listening. I am so glad I stumbled upon this book and series.
