I LOVE DR SEUSS. Jason does okay with his ABCs but sometimes the rhythm of the story was a little off. Overall my 3yr old boy and 14 mo old girl were fascinated by LISTENING (and not watching or reading) a story. I'm going to find our hard copy Dr Seuss book of ABCs and read along with the story tomorrow. For a different experience for them.
Probably one of the best. The happiest reading I've ever heard of a Dr. Seuss or alphabet book.
The way Mr. Alexander says "A....a....A." :)
I knew I wanted to buy this book when I heard Mr. Alexander say the first few lines "A....a....A" with such enthusiasm. I was totally hooked.
Used to be a great reader, now i'm aspiring to be a great listener as well.
The narration is fun. English is second language to my family, but my 2-year old enjoyed listening to it; she is learning new words as she listens and repeats the words. I do need, however, to get the hardcopy to add to her learning experience. I recommend it to non-English speakers. It will boost the child's vocabulary in English as well as in their native tongue.
My nephew, Jack (2 years old), giggles when ever we play any of the Dr. Seuss books, (especially the Cat in the Hat), but "ABC" is his favorite! Great for learning anytime and highly recommended by this Uncle!
