Wolfgang Amadeus was an unusual name for a mouse. But then Wolf was an unusual mouse. He could sing beautifully - and even compose music.

I'm a mom. I have drama in my life. I don't want books with the F-bomb, nor graphic violence. I read for fun and to bring my family together. I read for reducing stress levels. We have never had a television in our home and our children are now mid twenties to 19. We listen together and look for belly-wrenching laughter. So what is it like to live without a TV? Awesomely educational and inspirational. Each new book is a marvel.
This wonderful little mouse has worked his way into my heart. I want a house with a piano and a little mouse hole nearby. I giggled and hummed. I came to enjoy each session of singing and key pounding. I think this level of creativity is like a ray of sunshine in the dark of reality. It is not possible to be sad with Wolf in the house. Mrs Honeybee is a fine lady that could easily be my best friend with tea and cookies included!
Definately. Beautiful story, great for the whole family (7 year twin boys and family on road trip totally enjoyed it)

"Wonderful, moving plot line."
Another wonderful tale by Dick King-Smith. The story line is all involving and has my 7 year old truly gripped. Dick King-Smith never writes down to children - always gives them something to make them think at the same time as telling a wonderful story.
