    "For My kids"

I enjoy getting to spend time with my kids and listening to audio books together is one of them. For the younger age groups this is wonderful and one they enjoy listening to over and over again. I would say from about 5-7ish age group. That said I enjoyed it myself, the reader is great. If your looking for a good short read before bed time two thumbs up on this one.

    "Great Book. Great Performance"
If you could sum up A Bad Case of Stripes in three words, what would they be?

    Good life lesson

What was one of the most memorable moments of A Bad Case of Stripes?

My son loves when Camilla eats her lima beans, regardless of what others may think about her, and she is healed.

    Which scene was your favorite?

My son loves the scene in which the children are saying the pledge and Camilla turns red, white, and blue stripes and stars..

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No extreme reaction. Just genuinely liked it.

    Any additional comments?

I purchased the audio to go with the illustrated book. My younger son reads along with the audio as I do my nightly reading. It's a really gret way to make time for your children and yourself to read simultaneously.

What did you love best about A Bad Case of Stripes?

This is the story my kids ask for the most whether while we are driving to school or before bedtime. They love it.

What other book might you compare A Bad Case of Stripes to and why?

We have enjoyed the david shannon books very much over the years...starting with all the "David..." books. great kids story righter.

Have you listened to any of Jane Casserly’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

She does an amazing job. the kids didnt know the story before listening and it more than any other story, really caught their attention.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yes easy to listen to all at once. not a long story. perfect for kids with short attention spans.

    Any additional comments?

    none.
