Worth more than it's small price tag!

This audiobook gives a very basic explanation of Keto and a lot of great, easy prep recipes! We did the first weeks meal plan and figured out what we did and did not like and easily exchanged our dislikes for other recipes in the audiobook. Highly recommended.

I think this cook audio-book had some great!!!!

It is hard to change your cooking to a diabetic one and I think this cook audio-book had some great recipes. We enjoyed the ones we made. It was easy to follow. The pictures helped. They weren't too hard. It was well decorated. It had a lot of recipes.

Great Audiobook

The audiobook also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give. And it provides a step by step guide on how to do it effectively. It also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this audiobook not only for those who want to lose weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life.

Easy to follow recipes!

The recipes from this audio-book are delicious! They don't require a lot of work, and most of them fit into my weekly prep! I recommend learning it by doing it through the use of these exercises. Great audio-book--highly recommended!
