Really good listen

Robin is a master speaker and his audiobook is a great place to learn more about communication. His voice is soothing and easy to enjoy. The 10 conversation pieces were easy to follow. I could see wanting to go more in depth but it makes for a quicker book to go through.

Thanks for sharing your wisdom

quick guide but there are better books out there

Robin did a great job covering the basics of building rapport. I liked that he added the podcast at the end as I learned a lot from it. This is certainly not a comprehensive guide, and there are other great books on the subject that go into a lot more depth and the psychology of rapport building.

Struggled to finish

Robin comes acrossed as it being all about him and his ability to get people to talk on his travels. If I met him, I feel i would find him annoying.
