I wasn't sure I was going to like this book very much after the ending of the last book, so it took me awhile to listen to this book. I'm glad I did, Illusion was much better than I had anticipated. I think I'm starting to get a better picture of how SK is going to bring about combining the Dark Hunter series to the CON series in the future. I have my theories after this book. I'm also warming up to Kody, I haven't overly liked her in the previous stories. There are also some cool new characters that I'm excited about and hope they end up with their own book, preferably an adult genre instead of a YA genre. My favorite line form this book is "There is a reason why there is only a stairway to heaven when there is an entire highway to hell." Narrator is awesome as usual.

Illusion :A Chronicles of Nick book .

This series is quickly one of my favorite young Adult paranormal series I've read in a while each book gives you a new character of should I say a whole bunch of new players . There's so much going on and the stakes have never been higher Nick has gathered new allies and new enemies can they be trust these new friends only time will tell . But I have to say that I'm having an issue with Cody I get that she has been through hell and I also get that she feels justified about what she thinks will become the inevitable where Nick is concerned . But I think that what happened in the future has colored her outlook too much were Nick is concerned I think that she is to blind by her grief too see that the Nick is not the Ambrose that she knew in the future . In my opinion they are quite different through circumstances the Nick in the present has experienced different things anyone can see the Nick is not the same as his older self or his father Nick is clearly unique as is the people that he has taken as his own .

Chronicles of Nick has turned into a great series!

What made the experience of listening to Illusion the most enjoyable?

This series started off a little faulty to me, but since the third book I can't seem to get enough. If you like dark stories (Paranormal) that have an underlining message of hope, then you can't go wrong with the Chronicles of Nick. Just beware it contains cursing and dark arts. I can't wait for the next book!!

Loved Illusion! loved the twists and shockers though I feel deep down I knew that Kodi would be linked back too that family. You will finally learn the whole truth about Kody and her relationship with Acheron and Nick. Nick comes to an understanding with himself and unleashes one of the most dangerous creatures known. And Savitar, Karma and Selena Devereaux make a BIG entrance into the series

Who is who? Ally or Foe?

This is one of my favorite books in the CON series. Seeing Michael/Bubba as a "mostly regular " person makes his behavior in our world stand out more. Ash as a bad guy. More info on Kody's background.

I'm Loving This Series More And More!!!

What a fantastic addition to the series illusion was. It started with the ending of the previous book and it was so funny, actually I was at the office and couldn't stop myself from laughing throughout this book... Nick Nick Nick... it feels like you can't get a break . Characters get developed here and Nick gets to know so much and shows what he can do. New characters get added to the series, interesting ones as well.

My favourite chapters in Illusion were the ones were Nick and Acheron chat, so funny!!!!

And in every addition to this series I get so convinced that Holter Graham is a gooood narrator. He really did a great job with this book as the rest too.

Looking forward to the next book. Things will get more and more interesting now.

Holter Graham is Simply outstanding in the COH series. I love how perfect he does Simi's voice its incredible. By far my favorite book!
