Through earnestly heeding the words of his Guru, he discovered he was that which is unmanifest and eternal - beyond the bondage of name, form, shape, and size. For many years, thousands of people came from all over India and the world to listen to Sri Nisargadatta’s teachings. His influence is still as powerful today as it was when he gave regular talks four decades ago. Undoubtedly one of the greatest spiritual teachers of all time, one can sense his depth of dedication to truth, rather than affluence, recognition, and agenda. The Enlightenment Master

After listening to all of Vivekananda and some of the puranas, this is my favorite audiobook. It is a perfect summary of what life is truly all about. The search is over for me; the words and instructions are truly from an enlightened man.

A very in-depth study of yoga principles

I very much liked the comprehensive nature of this book. I listened to many chapters more than once so that I could more fully grasp the meaning. I’m sure others will understand more quickly than I did!

Vital information for seekers

Cannot more highly recommend, although I found the reader on and off irritating -he gives the impression that he’s used to reading children’s books, adding unnecessary and for me quite distracting dramatic emphasis to straightforward material. I am new to Nisargadatta - SO MUCH information in here. Went straight to a second listen. Don’t miss it.

I don’t think anyone truly needs more than what is taught here. If I remember this teaching throughout all my days, it will be enough.

This book is a tremendous guide for Self realization

I experienced an NDE in 2022. I came across Shri Nisargadatta Maharajji on YouTube. What he taught in those videos I bore witness regarding my experience. I began picking up books like “I Am That” and “Consciousness and the Absolute”. Both of these books are excellent and I highly recommend them. This book is superb and rings true in every detail. Shri Nisargadattaji has become my guru. He has assisted me in integrating my experience.

If you are pondering questions like “who am I” or want to find out more about the non duality philosophy. The contents of the book will provide very profound insights.

This a frantic book. I highly recommend it.

Lose who you think you are in this one!

This book is full of words from the beginning to the end. Ifind it hard to express how real it is. It is more than worth reading, probably again and again. It could also be worth reading and sitting with and staring out into space. Lose yourself in this one! I found chapter 12 really pivotal. At the end of the book… What can I say. I am not the same. This is one worth reading!
