Must read for anyone interested in the history of Witchcraft. Most books focus only on the European history but this is very comprehensive. It touches on practices around the world. It was so refreshing.
I can't choose I loved so much I am rereading it.
She has a great voice that keeps you interested in the story and does put you to sleep.
I really like that they weave a historical path through witchcraft history but also let you know what is viable in our modern time & the real history. It's fun to listen too & does move along very quickly which made me want to learn-read more.
Gives both the hardships of these early magical pioneers, their dreams & their downfalls all together. So is a full round perspective.
How quickly the whole thing moves along, everything so far I've liked.
It made me feel like I was in a tunnel & the images in the book where the paintings in this tunnel cave.
I recommend it for road trips.
