i am very surprised at the negative reviews. the author clearly backed his findings with scientific explanations. i did what he preached in the book for merely 5 days now, and my blood pressure is already lowered by whopping 20 points both sys. and dia. and I achieved it by eating junk foods and following his simple advice!! I frequented McDonalds and TacoBell last few days, since I got so sick of juicing everyday for my illness and I am not supposed to feel healthier, but I do.. I am now borderline hypertensive.. much better than before. imagine if I refrained from junk foods, I would be much healthier. I am a total believer now. please, don't buy the audio book, if you think I am lying. some people are so ignorant that they can't recognize the value of sound advice even if it's shown to them right before their eyes. as for me, I am extremely happy that such easy to follow advice worked wonders for me. Thank you doctor B!(pardon my bad English, it's not my first language)

I found this book with compelling medical answers for many of the modern day ailments that many in our generation are facing. I found it the simplest solution to the beginning of good health, therefore I recommend this book as a starting point for those who are seeking to understand health and nutrition.
When he talked about weight control issues, the confusion of thirst with hunger. Clearly this has been a lifetime issue with me.
I thought his reading was clear and easy to understand.

The only reason I did not give it five stars is because in some areas the technical explinations were clearly over my understanding. Which may be good for some listeners. Clearly doctors and those in the medical field may better understand all the in's and out's of how the body and water hyrdration works together. I am glad I could listen and learn even if I did not totally comprehend all the explinations. They were well done and will also appeal to those in the medical community.
This is a very interesting and informative book about using water to cure your ills. What he says makes sense, and even if it doesn't work it certainly can't hurt. So I'm trying it.
If it had been based on facts instead of this man's apparently gigantic shoulder chip. He spends huge amounts of time explaining why all doctors are fools for not listening to him and then lists all the times they failed to do so. The first three chapters are nothing but a defensive diatribe.
Absolutely not. This is just one of those authors who found a forum for his complaints and it doesn't reflect negatively on other people writing for this genre. It doesn't even reflect badly on anyone writing about the importance of water. This guy just isn't a very good spokesman for water even though it is profoundly important to health. He got this fact mixed up with his whopping huge ego and failed to make his point.
Yes. This narrator was clear and had an excellent narrating style. He shouldn't be tarred and feathered for narrating an angry man's book.
I bought this because I believe in the importance of water for a healthy life (or any life at all) and hoped that this author would provide some new insights. The only insights offered though were into the author's psyche and it was just sad.

This book was recommended to me recently by a friend so that I could get a better understanding of why exactly we should be drinking more water and the importance of it in our body for its physical and mental needs. This is one book that has literally changed my life forever, I put into practice straight away a new healthy lifestyle as it made total sense, I am truly enlightened!
