Those with under twenty pounds to lose who already enjoy yoga may appreciate this book.
Another meditative or yoga book.
Those where the referenced scientific material was ambiguous or blatantly skewed to blur the causality lines would be required to be re-written or cut entirely.
There are many good points made in this book that reference true science. However, the presentation of most of the facts is in such a manner as to insinuate wrong, backward or outdated causality. Much of the theoretical biological and health science regarding weight loss that is referenced has been shown in recent studies to be inaccurate in the aggregate. It is irresponsible for this book to be presented to audiences that may not know the difference between good science presentation and poor science presentation.
