This is a 65 minute Yin Yoga Class, it uses a series of held postures and various breathing techniques to release muscular stress and tension and bring many other benefits. It is a natural progression from Yin Yoga Class 1 and provides a different sequence of postures to form an easy to follow restorative class.
The class is instructed by Charlotte Saint Jean. Charlotte has trained with many of the world's leading yogi's which becomes evident through her teaching. Yin Yoga Class 2 is accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a reference photo for each posture.
